What my clients have to say

Our marriage had reached a critical point with communication seemingly impossible and resentment growing between us. Tamara provided a compassionate yet direct approach that helped us confront the underlying issues threatening our relationship. Through guided sessions, we learned to listen more deeply and understand each other's perspectives. What seemed impossible became an opportunity for growth, and we have renewed hope for our future together.

Tamara helped our family navigate a critical period of addressing addiction, communication breakdown, and relationship challenges. Working with my partner, me, and our two teenage children, she created a therapeutic environment that felt safe and constructive. Her approach was practical yet compassionate, focusing on understanding each family member's perspective and helping us develop healthier communication patterns. Her prior experience as a teacher and family attorney as well as her own parenting experience added to her professionalism and ability to connect to the issues we brought to each session.

Tamara helped me navigate my domestic violence trauma with remarkable sensitivity. She created a supportive environment where I could speak about difficult memories and understand their impact on my life. With compassion, she offered practical strategies that helped me think through my experiences and develop coping mechanisms. Her expertise and genuine care were so important in my healing, helping me move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered.
